He now operates as a high-level smokehouse consultant, helping new brands design their fire kitchens and menus for heavy-duty service.
Matty’s BBQ Chop Shop

Matty O'Brien runs immersive BBQ experiences and hands-on classes from a personalised setup at his home in Penarth.
